Eric Sambaluk is an international business strategist and organizational consultant with more than 15 years of experience advising multinational organizations on strategy, institutional alignment, and sustainable growth. His work spans international trade, digital transformation, financial services, manufacturing, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on how organizations adapt to regulatory, market, and geopolitical complexity.
Eric is the founder of Sambaluk Consulting and serves as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Nomad Cyber Concepts, where he leads strategic development for an AI governance firm operating at the intersection of technology, risk management, and policy. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership and boards to design and execute strategies that strengthen organizational resilience, improve market access, and align operational capabilities with long-term economic objectives.
Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles in financial services and market research consulting, including responsibility for multimillion-dollar product portfolios, cross-border partnerships, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His experience includes directing international market entry efforts, overseeing global supply chains, negotiating complex vendor and technology agreements, and implementing enterprise systems that support institutional capacity and growth. He has worked across North America and engaged extensively with partners and stakeholders throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of North Texas. He maintains professional certifications in project and product management, Agile and Lean methodologies, international trade, and process improvement. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French, with advanced proficiency in Italian and working knowledge of Japanese. He is a member of the European American Chamber of Commerce, the U.S.–India Chamber of Commerce, and the World Affairs Council.
