He has held leadership roles within international organizations and government agencies, spanning governance, infrastructure, energy, education, and public health sectors. He currently focuses on transformative programs in transport infrastructure and skills development, with extensive experience in performance management, accountability, and data-driven analysis. His work involves close collaboration with public institutions, universities, private sector actors, and international technical and financial partners. Fabien is a firm believer that sustainable public policy transformation depends on the effective use of data and strong public leadership to drive strategic decision-making. He contributes to developing innovative solutions that strengthen the capacity of policymakers and institutions to leverage data for designing, managing, and evaluating high-impact public policies.
