K. Marcos N’Goran, MSc, is an inclusive climate and employment policy leader working at the intersection of climate action, jobs, and social equity. He currently serves as National Coordinator of the Social Dimension of the Ecological Transition project at the International Labour Organization (ILO), where he leads national efforts to help countries anticipate climate impacts on labor markets and build resilient, green, and inclusive workforces. He played a key role in integrating employment and social priorities into Côte d’Ivoire’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) and is widely recognized for advancing green skills strategies that prepare workers for the emerging green economy. With 20 years of public service experience in Côte d’Ivoire’s employment and vocational education sectors, Mr. N’Goran brings deep expertise in labor governance and human capital development. A Chevening Scholar fluent in French and English, he is committed to driving practical, people-centered solutions for a just and sustainable transition.
