Koffi KOMENAN

Komenan Koffi is a Senior Energy Specialist based out of Antananarivo, focusing on the Madagascar and Comoros energy sector program. Komenan supports the ongoing sector dialogue, implementation of the investment lending operations, preparation of pipeline, as well as analytical work in the energy sector of the countries in their efforts towards provisioning of clean, affordable, and sustainable electricity. Komenan joined the teamWorld Bank in 2020 in the West and Central Africa region where he has worked for 4 years. He led several projects/activities on electricity access, hydropower development, hydro/solar hybridization, and sector reforms in the energy portfolios in Gabon and Cameroun. Prior to joining the World Bank, Komenan worked as energy Specialist for more than 10 years with different national & international organizations including - Ministry of Energy of Cote d’Ivoire, UNIDO and USAID/Power Africa. By training Komenan is an Energy Engineer with degree from the National Polytechnic Institute (INP-HB) of Yamoussoukro (Cote d’Ivoire).
