Lucette Andoh Denoman

International development professional and consultant

Lucette Andoh Denoman is an international development professional and consultant with over ten years of experience supporting UN agencies, international NGOs, and development partners across Africa. Her work focuses on programme design and implementation, gender and social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, and institutional capacity strengthening in sectors including health, education, youth development, and women’s economic empowerment.

She has worked with organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group, Save the Children, EngenderHealth, and international consulting firms, contributing to multi-country programmes and regional initiatives across West, Central, and Southern Africa. Lucette has led and supported strategic assessments, gender analyses, programme coordination, monitoring and reporting, and capacity-building initiatives for government institutions, civil society, and private-sector partners.


Lucette is also the Founder and Project Lead of Enitaya Social, a community-based organization in Côte d’Ivoire that promotes the economic participation and wellbeing of women from disadvantaged communities through literacy, skills development, and income-generating initiatives. Through this work, she combines grassroots experience with global development expertise.


She holds a Master of Arts in Gender Analysis in International Development from the University of East Anglia (UK) and is a Mandela Washington Fellow in Civic Leadership. Lucette is bilingual in French and English and is available for remote, local, and international assignments, including advisory roles, project design, partnerships development, and technical support to donor-funded initiatives.
