
Philip Djè Bi VANIÉ
Administrative & Financial Management Expert
Philip Djè Bi VANIÉ is an administrative and financial management expert with extensive experience supporting donor-funded national and international organizations. He holds a Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in Financial Engineering from the University of Cocody, supported by advanced academic training in management and economics from the University of Bouaké. His professional development also includes certifications in Human Resource Management and Project Management with a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach.
Since May 2015, he has served as Director of Administration and Finance at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, managing programs financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). In this role, he is responsible for administrative and financial management, budgeting, treasury management, and compliance with donor requirements.
Previously, he worked as Administrative and Financial Assistant on the INFS Project, funded by EGPAF and SIDACTION, where he supported financial administration and project operations. Earlier in his career, he completed a professional internship in the Audit Department of SECC, contributing to assignments in human resources audits, statutory audit engagements, and accounting assistance. He has also held roles in commercial operations and sector-based studies, including a traffic study assignment for Total Côte d’Ivoire.
His areas of competence include financial and managerial accounting, corporate financial management, treasury management for donor-funded structures, corporate taxation, audit and accounting review, human resource management, results-based management, and the financial administration of international organizations. He is proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage Accounting, and donor fund management systems including Navision and BC17.
