He holds an academic background in Sociology and is a graduate of the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA), Abidjan. His expertise spans real-time data collection and analytics, M&E, and the design and implementation of Results-Based Management (RBM) and Impact Measurement systems. Recognized for his adaptability and delivery-oriented mindset, he leverages data-driven insights to support evidence-based decision-making (EBDM) across development programs, with a strong conviction that high-quality, timely, and well-analyzed data are essential for achieving sustainable development outcomes and community-level transformation.
